Jellyfish are considered pests. But in China and Japan, they are a delicacy. So, some fisherman in the U.S. have found a new path to make money – shipping millions of pounds of jellyfish to Asia every week. Supermarkets and restaurants are trying to turn what was once considered a pest into profits. Chefs say creativity and perfection are what make dishes made with unique ingredients like jellyfish delicacies and keep customers coming back for more. CCTV’s Ginger Vaughn has this report.
