Legislators Begin Crimea’s Split From Ukraine

A day after the contested referendum, legislators in Crimea moved swiftly to begin the process of splitting from Ukraine. The regional Parliament declared that Crimea is an independent state, set to join the Russian Federation.  CCTV’s Andy Saputra reports.
