Chinese Premier Li Keqiang Delivers 2013 Work Report

At the opening of the National People’s Congress, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang declared several targets for China. The Premier announced a planned 7.5% growth in the economy (that’s down two tenths from economic growth this past year, due to promised reforms), a military spending increase on a scale we haven’t seen since 2011, and a “war on pollution” to clean natural resources in places like Beijing. CCTV’s team reports from Beijing.
